Grocery shopping can be overwhelming and confusing. If you have pre-diabetes, diabetes, overweight, celiac disease, food allergies or another any other medical conditions – a grocery store tour is a great way learn how to make healthy food choices for your specific needs.

Using Healthie, individual nutrition consultations will be provided which focuses on each client’s unique nutrition needs. Nutrition goals will be established as well as a schedule of weekly follow up consults for achieving those goals. Nutrition consults will focus on:

  • Knowledge and education for specific dietary needs (such as blood sugar control, blood pressure control, weight loss etc.)
  • Healthy habit review (fluids, fruit and vegetable intake, meal timing and more)

Initial consultations will be 60 minutes per employee. Follow up sessions will be to review set goals, determine progress and update goals, determine progress and update goals weekly with a 15–30-minute video check in.
